Hi! This is Claire (the potato connoisseur) and Juanjo (Seitan worshipper), the two humans behind GoVegan Today located in Ireland. We’ve been vegans for a long time and love to try and learn new recipes! We also love to travel and plan holidays based on all the new vegan restaurants when we have the chance (I’m looking at you, Covid ?).
The idea behind this blog is to reflect our passion for vegan food and animal rights. Seasoned old-timey vegans and omnivorous but curious, all are welcome!
